Shipping Policy

Canvas Groove ships made-to-order canvas prints, wallpaper, and related products across India. Every item is printed after payment, so dispatch is not same-day for custom work.

Processing time

Most custom canvas and wallpaper orders enter production after checkout and typically leave our facility within a few working days. Peak seasons, custom sizes, or artwork that needs a reprint can add time. You will receive tracking once the courier picks up the parcel.

Delivery

We ship to serviceable pincodes in India via standard courier. Delivery times vary by city and courier capacity. Remote areas may take longer. Please ensure the shipping phone number is reachable; failed delivery attempts can delay the order.

Damage or missing parcels

If a box arrives damaged, refuse the delivery if possible and photograph the packaging, then email info@canvasgroove.in with your order number within 48 hours. We will arrange a reprint or replacement where the damage is in transit.

International shipping

The storefront is set up for India. For an overseas quote, contact us before you order.
