These Terms of Use govern your use of canvasgroove.in and purchases from Artovelle Studio LLP, trading as Canvas Groove. By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to print the images you upload. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears unlawful, infringing, or not printable at a reasonable quality. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at checkout via Razorpay.

Intellectual property

Site content, product photography, and our designs remain our property. Your uploaded photos remain yours; you grant us a licence only to print and fulfil the order.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or low-resolution files you supplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of Artovelle Studio LLP have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
